Southern Alloy Foundries uses Electric Induction Melting Furnace. The company is equipped with two such furnaces (1.2T and 1.5T) and an additional holding furnace (2T) to manufacture a single piece 2700 kg casting
Moulding and Sand Reclamation
Southern Alloy Foundries has adopted a productive method in moulding and sand reclamation:

Southern Alloy Foundries uses simulation software to optimize the process of casting applications using the virtual design of experiment analysis. We use:
