At Southern Alloy Foundries, we manufacture all grades of Ductile Iron (S.G.Iron) and Grey Iron Castings.

• The Ductile Iron castings are manufactured as per the standards that are given: ASTM A536, BS EN 1563, BIS 2789, DIN EN 1563, IS 1865, JIS G 5502.
• The Grey Iron castings are manufactured according to the following standards IS 210 – 1993.
• We also undertake manufacturing as per customer specifications.
• We specialize in the manufacture of Impact Grade castings. The impact is usually done at room temperature, -20° C and – 40° C.
• Complete Mechanical Testing will be done on every sample drawn from the casting as per customer requirements.
• The following grades fall under our regular manufacturing process: SG 370/7, SG 400/12, SG 400/15, SG 450/10 SG 500/7, SG 600/3, SG 700/2.
